![]() Lagers are bottom-fermented at lower temperatures than ales, resulting in clear, bright beers. IBC's Black Lager features rich coffee flavors with a smooth, long finish. It's dark in color but a light bodied beer, and is brewed with Tettnang Hops, a noble hop commonly used in European lagers. Roast German barley, partially de-husked to reduce tannins, is combined with Caramunich malt for added body. Pairs well with seafood and hot, spicy foods.
